Our classes are truly a family affair! Many of our students have siblings, mothers and/or fathers participating with them.

The class size is purposely kept low in order to maintain a manageable student to instructor ratio. The typical student to instructor ratio is 7:1. Our goal is to spend as much individual time with the students as possible so that they can achieve maximum results.

Our classes are taught by experienced Instructors and Assistant Instructors. In addition, there is always several higher rank students on hand to assist lower rank students.
